The Aetna Hispanic Network is an association of employees whose mission is to:
Unite all Aetna Hispanic employees to support each other
Foster pride in our Hispanic heritage
Promote Aetna's presence in the local Hispanic communities and organizations throughout the United States
Provide professional development opportunities for Aetna's Hispanic employees
Assist Aetna in achieving its corporate and diversity objectives
Assist Aetna in marketing its products and services to the Hispanic community
Our Goals:
Communication:
Encourage communication within Aetna's Hispanic community
Provide a resource guide to all AHN members (AHN member biography)
Participation:
Develop and implement educational programs for the Hispanic community at Aetna
Assist Aetna in meeting its supplier diversity goals
Represent Aetna in other Hispanic organizations
Develop an internal network to promote professional growth for Aetna's Hispanic employees
Plan and coordinate cultural and social events for Aetna's Hispanic community
Maintain alliances with other employee networks to promote Aetna's corporate diversity initiatives

Maintain effective communications between the AHN and all levels of management to ensure its support
