Strategies for a Winning Organization
(In the Locker Room. . .Where Winning Begins)

Running a successful organization is a serious game requiring the ability to lead the team members, as a cohesive unit, toward the organization's goal or mission. In this fun, sports-perspective workshop, participants will:

  • Discover the nature of Teamwork and how Leadership affects the organization's direction.
  • Examine the different roles, their functions, and how to use these elements within your organization to create a winning team.
  • How to seek opportunities and resources to enhance the organization’s value.
  • Learn strategies to help your organization score every time and produce a workable plan.

Purpose Driven Lives

George or “BIG G” proudly uses each of his experiences at both failing and succeeding as opportunities to motivate, teaching others what to do and what not to do, as well as how to use failures as second and sometimes third chances to reinvent themselves into living purpose driven lives. George specifically uses his various companies such as Six 9 / Seven 9 Holdings, LLC., The George Hegamin Foundation and Hegamin INC., to educate young men, single fathers and entrepreneurs alike. George has recently taken a very serious interest in helping the world with various causes such as global warming prevention as well as helping the “Go Green” efforts.

The Presenters:

Michael Kiselak, graduate of University of Maryland, played professional football for 11 years, including two years for the Dallas Cowboys (center). He also played for the Chiefs, Oilers, WLAF, CFL (Canada) & XFL. CFL Outstanding Lineman 1996 & 1997, and a member of winning Grey Cup team (Canadian Super Bowl). Perseverance and dedication are his hallmarks. He applies his extensive teambuilding knowledge and experience every day as an entrepreneur and motivational speaker while supporting organizations as a Board member of Kids Matter International, Inc. (kidsmatterinternational.org) and Board member of Pro Players Foundation (proplayersfoundation.com), both children's charity organizations, as well as on the Advisory Board for University of Dallas School of Business Sports and Entertainment MBA Program. He is also a member of NFL Alumni, NFLPA and All Pro Dad NFL Alumni (allprodad.com).

George Hegamin, (georgehegamin.com) North Carolina State University alumni, played professional NFL football for seven years, and within the first two with the Dallas Cowboys (five in total) was part of the win at Super Bowl XXX. He was also with the Philadelphia Eagles and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Being an entrepreneur (interested in rejuvenating South Dallas with "South Side on Lamar" and "Go Green" efforts) and believer in strong mental discipline has allowed him to work through his own life challenges and be able to offer others ways of reinventing themselves into living "purpose driven" lives. He is a motivational speaker, mediator, varsity sports (basketball and football) supporter and philanthropist.
